We’re looking for a full-time Calling-Focused Appointment Setter to join our remote team and help us scale as a growth partner for medical clinics.
This is a high-performance, outbound-calling role. Volume wins.
Mission 🚀
Generate a consistent flow of qualified appointments for our closers and help medical clinics grow through our acquisition systems.
Outcomes 🏆
- Generate 15–30 NEW qualified appointments per month
- Minimum 100 dials per day
- 1–2% conversion rate
- 1–2 appointments booked daily
- Maintain 80%+ show-up rate
Responsibilities 📋
- Cold call prospects (fully outbound)
- Qualify and book prospects into the closer’s calendar
- Track and update all leads inside lead sheets daily
- Relentless follow-up
- Daily reporting & KPI tracking
- Hit targets regardless of circumstances
