I started out doing CYD and noticed this girl called Linda. She was smart, to the point and seemed no nonsense. After two years working with Linda and Craig, i have found she is definitely no nonsense, but she is kind and has a terrific sense of humour. The work these guys do is relevant, to the point, and no-one comes away not learning something or having light bulbs going off. I have loved my time with Linda and Craig and do not intend to stop any time soon.

True North has transformed my understanding of personal growth from something I knew intellectually into something I can embody. Its practical tools help me recognise thoughts, stories and unconscious patterns without automatically believing them, creating space for conscious choice. More than information, it provides a practical framework for living authentically, purposefully and with genuine self-awareness.

The work we do in this community has helped me reconnect with my true nature, who I am underneath the habits and old stories. From that clarity, my true purpose is unfolding in ways that feel natural and true.
