New horses and bonding
When buying a new horse it’s not as easy as buying the horse and throwing a saddle on him / her and going.
Bonding is one of the crucial parts of being one 1 with your horse as they are now part of your life together and family .
For me I always take 30- 45 days to bond, work on ground work IE; longing , grooming, longing for respect not just burning energy, sitting with them for days in there stalls to make sure they know I’m not going to be the bad guy, I’m on my horse’s side .
Here’s some clips of my new horse Jack.
I own 3 mustangs now and mustangs are very flight or fight horses just like any horse.
Drop some comments below if you have any questions ❤️❤️
Happy birthday to me and have a great day
