We are hiring setters!
Base + Commission
We are looking for 3-5 setters to bring onto our team at ADENIGMA.
WHAT DO WE DO?
We sell AI marketing services to roofing companies in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
HOW MUCH CAN YOU MAKE?
With our offer, it is extremely easy to excel in this role. Your sales skills will obviously play a factor but we have a home run offer, so damn good that you will book meetings with ease.
Nobody in the industry does what we do.
The local blue collar business niche is dying for something NEW. They’ve been through the ringer with facebook ads, google ads, crappy marketing agencies.
When these businesses hear our offer, our setters average a 7% meeting book rate. Industry average is 3-4%
Here is our pay structure—-
You get paid more than most closers.
10% of closed cash collected - or 10% of Monthly Recurring Revenue
Service price:
$2,500 upfront
$2,000-$10,000 monthly
We work on a performance basis, which is another reason why we slap so many deals.
Some of our clients pay us $2,000/mo if they are smaller, and the bigger pays us up to $10,000/mo
Cash collected is paid out immediately.
Monthly recurring is your base pay.
Example:
3 clients closed/mo (quota)
$750 commission, $600-$1,000 base pay as long as they’re a client.
