How is everyone practicing self-care today? What steps did you take for wellness today. Who or what are you grateful for today?
I worked on some craft projects for Christmas gifts, exercised this morning. I cleaned up my house, fed my sourdough starter and have one batch ready to bake. I can't wait to try homemade sourdough bread.
I am grateful for my 2 daughters and the relationship we have. We have a shopping trip planned this afternoon.
