Alignment Is a Practice, Not a Feeling
Alignment is not a feeling.
It’s a decision you make repeatedly.
Most men think alignment means motivation, clarity, or confidence. It doesn’t.
Alignment means your actions match the standard you say you live by, especially when no one is watching and no one is clapping.
Here’s a simple way to check alignment today.
Ask yourself three questions:
  1. What am I avoiding right now?Avoidance is usually the first sign of misalignment.
  2. What standard did I quietly lower this week? Not in big ways. In small ones. That’s where drift starts.
  3. What is one action I can take today that puts me back in integrity with myself? One action. Not a reset. Not a plan. One move.
Alignment is restored through action, not thought.
Use this today:
• Write the one thing you’re avoiding
• Take the smallest clean action toward it
• Close the loop before the day ends
No announcement. No performance.
That’s how you realign.
If you want, reply with one word that represents what you’re choosing to realign today.
Stay grounded.
