I took one trade on ES but my main focus was on NQ today. It was one directional most of the day until the afternoon. The one minute chart gave multiple signals based on the levels and angels. And the bottom was very tradable via the 5 min chart.
Even if the bottom was missed the continuation trade to the upside was very tradable once market broker certain levels.

4- you must feel good when you are trading
5- gauge your emotions as you trade
