Presence just IS

Holy shit - I had a major realization that presence isn't a state of being to be attained, it's already there. It's always there. I am it and it is me. There is no separation or steps I need to take or things I need to do to be present. I am presence. All these years of meditation and crystals and all the things to attain peace and it's already there. Yes it's great to meditate, I love the practice but it isn't necessary, that is mind-blowing to me right now. I read the first statement in the course about abundance is everywhere and it was lingering in my brain..then in the shower this hit me so hard I started laughing! I am glad no one was around to hear me laughing hysterically and exclaiming, I am the water, the water is me. I am the ceiling, I am the floor, I am the faucet...🤣
