This group is here to help you grow a better trade business — smarter systems, better leads, and real support.
To keep things high-value (and no-BS), please follow these rules:
1. Show Up Like a Pro
Treat this like you would a jobsite — with respect, honesty, and no egos. We’re all here to learn and level up.
2. No Selling or Spam
Don’t pitch your services, DM members with offers, or drop links to your “free” thing. You’ll be removed.
3. Introduce Yourself First
Before asking for help or dropping a post, introduce yourself in the Welcome thread. Name, trade, location, and what you’re working on — we want to know who we’re building with.
4. Use the Search Bar First
Before asking a question, search the group. Chances are someone’s already asked it (and got a solid answer).
5. Keep It Practical
Share wins, ask questions, offer real help. No fluff, no memes, no off-topic rants.
6. Give More Than You Take
The best members are the ones who answer others’ questions, share their own lessons, and contribute consistently. Be one of them.
7. Job Postings or Referrals = 1x Per Month
You’re welcome to post if you're hiring, collaborating, or looking for work — just don’t overdo it.
8. No Low-Effort Posts
Poor grammar, no context, lazy questions, or clickbait-style posts will be removed. We're not here for that.
9. Flag Anything Off
See something that doesn’t belong here? Use the three dots and Report to Admins — we appreciate it.
10. Take Action
This group works best when you actually use the content. Watch the trainings, try the tools, ask questions, and implement. Lurkers stay stuck. Action-takers grow.
