Hey team,
I want to briefly update you on today’s situation with XAUUSD.
Earlier today, the CME experienced a technical outage that caused gold futures to freeze. Because most CFD brokers rely on CME pricing for liquidity feeds, this led to abnormal price behavior across multiple platforms — including sudden execution spikes and broken price continuity.
There were no macroeconomic events or scheduled news releases that could explain this move. The price action was purely a result of the CME malfunction, which created extremely unsafe trading conditions.
Due to this, we decided to manually close the XAUUSD automation until the market stabilizes and liquidity returns to normal.
Risk comes first — trading during broken market feeds is unpredictable and can lead to distorted fills or invalid stop-loss executions.

We’ll resume normal operations once the market environment is safe again.
