Can anyone tell me if they ever encountered any issues when the Duplikium platform making a trade and it fails. The error message is "Symbol" does not exist? I am using Trading View Demo account that is connected to my Tradovate account. I tried to contact the customer service support number but they sent me a video. I am computer savvy but I would rather talk to someone since this is the first time for all of this. If you pay for service then they should do a little more than send you a video link on how to fix the issue. Thank you.
