4️⃣ My New Freemium Structure (One Community, All Tiers)

Key notes:

Started with 2 communities June 2024 (free & paid) → 150 Free About Page Visitors/Week.. Only 13 Paid About Page Visitors/Week... LEARNING: Getting ppl to switch to a new community and pay is hard.)
NEW NEXT MOVE: Merged into one "freemium" hub. (Free, $14.99/mo, $495/mo, and $595/mo tiers... CHARGING through Stripe Subscriptions and using GHL to aid in logistics with new sign ups, payment failures, cancellations, etc)
Clearer, easier, better e-commerce path of least resistance click paths - they keep returning to the free community and see the paid offers RIGHT inside and able to purchase right inside.. And prevents giving 10% to Skool - no offense Skool!)

So question for you all - do you have a free community, paid, both or how are you monetizing either now or plan to? Always curious to hear how others are approaching it!

PS: If you see a speedbump ahead of my in my plans, please point it out haha. We cant always see our own blindspots!
