1 eetl Borrie
¼ tl swart peper
1 eetl Paprika poeier
(as jy die hitte kan hanteer-Rooi peper)
1 groot eetl Heuning
1 medium suurlemoen- uitgedruk
Rasper ui, knoffel en gemmer met fyn rasper.
Meng met droë bestanddele en suurlemoen.
Voeg heuning by om pasta te maak.
Bêre in yskas, dit hou baie lank.
So gelyk teelepel op 'n keer.
As jy siek is, sommer 3 x per dag.

Ingredients:
- 1 medium onion (100g)
- 1 garlic bulb (50g)
- 1 piece of ginger (50g)
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Paprika powder (or Cayenne pepper if preferred for more heat)
- 1 large tbsp Honey
- 1 medium Lemon (juiced)
Instructions:
1. Grate the onion, garlic, and ginger using a fine grater.
2. Mix with the dry ingredients and the lemon juice.
3. Add honey to create a paste.
4. Store in the fridge; it stays fresh for a long time.
Suggested Use:
- Take one level teaspoon at a time.
- If feeling unwell, some use it up to 3 times per day.
