Coaching U15 Women 1st season
G'day everyone,
My name is Richard Brown, I'm a Western Victorian from Hamilton. This year (2025) I'm starting an U15's Womens team off the back of starting an Senior Womens team last season. The big difference is I'm co-coaching this one with an U18 girl who wants to learn how to coach (just like me haha). I've been engaging in lots of different coaching programs and the like. Something I've really enjoyed is sharing knowledge. I hope you don't mind this; I found this free book that I highly recommend reading - It's less about footy and more about building team culture. It's called 'Every Moment Matters' by John O'Sullivan. 10/10 read for ideas on how to build a team. 1x last one is get the program Canva to make good FB/IG posts for your team - get the club to pay for it - 100% worth it.
