To effectively use Substack's recommendation engine to boost your newsletter's growth, consider the following strategies:
1️⃣ Understand the Recommendation System: 👉🏽Substack's recommendation feature allows writers to endorse other publications, which can significantly drive subscriber growth. For every Substack you recommend, you can write a blurb explaining why you recommended them.
✨ Let's say that you recommend Tiny Tribes🪶 and you write a small blurb. When you do, I receive a notification and can choose to have it appear on my Welcome page.
