Thanks guys for you input, I think I got everyones quesrions answered but please let me know if anythig was unclear. This session I answered your questions in regards to the following topics: 1) very big discussion about how to support yourself when you have several people to cook for, gater, either fussy eaters or foods sensitivities etc. So this is for you busy mamas who are always the last ones on the list. I wanted to outline all these things you can tweak for yourself without any of the family members needing to be involved or you needing to cook separately. Amazing how much you can do for yourself. 2) How strict do you have to be to get results. Well the reality is that this here is not about strictness. You have one page to go to, you focus on one step at the time and go from there in a pace that suits you. Everything you do it helping and speaking from my experience, the people who get results are usually taking few tweaks on board, incorporate few recipes here and there and the blood tests prove that it is working. 3) How long does it take to get results - I am mentioning what will likely respond in a quicker manner and what takes longer time and what are the aspects you don't even feel until you get your regular blood tests done and see the positive surprise that things s worked for you.

Recipe. Home made fluffy marshmallows
3 Ingredients. So I had to try this and it works ! Home made healthy marshmallows. Adults, kids, everyone will like this. You need : 600 gr apples 100ml water 3 tbsp of strawberry puree 50g of gelatine powder Peel and cube the apples, cook in 100 ml of water on medium high heat under the lid. Make sure apples are super soft. Add the strawberry puree ( I used stick blender to puree 5 strawberries). Sprinkle gelatine into the hot mix. Whisk on a high speed for 10-15 min until the mix turns into hard fluff. Pour into desired dish and place in the fridge for 1-2 h. Cut into shape and size that feels fun 😊 Eat. And repeat.

Liver Health Module is Live. I break this down in a way you haven't heard before.
Most women think about their heart, their hormones, their gut. The liver rarely comes up unless something has already gone wrong or a doctor has called them. And yet your liver is quietly running the show every single day. Processing your hormones, managing your cholesterol, handling your weight, filtering everything that shouldn't be there, keeping your energy, skin, mood and digestion functioning the way they should. After 40 though, things shift. The liver that sailed through your thirties may now be quietly struggling in ways you haven't connected yet. Believe me when I say this, a struggling liver shows up as: - Brain fog that wasn't there a few years ago - Tiredness that sleep doesn't fix - Headaches and migraines that come from nowhere - Feeling more emotional or reactive than usual - Digestion that's just a bit off - Weight around the middle that won't budge - Skin that's lost its glow - Waking between 1am and 3am for no obvious reason Often there is a very specific reason behind these things and the liver is right at the centre of it. This module is for you if you are dealing with: - Elevated cholesterol or fatty liver - Hormonal imbalances or blood sugar issues - Digestive sluggishness or unexplained weight gain - Skin conditions or chronic fatigue nobody has properly explained And equally for you if none of those apply but you simply want to support yourself in the best possible way. A well supported liver means better energy, clearer thinking, more stable hormones, easier weight management and a body that genuinely feels good to live in. My goal is simple. Help you understand what is actually going on in your body, in plain language, so things start making sense and you don't feel lost anymore. LIVER HEALTH module works however you need it to. 1. Start with the simple one page plan and that is honestly enough. 2. When you are ready, explore the foods, spices and teas that support your liver most. Watch videos or print out the guides, all yours to dive into at your own pace. 3. And if you like to geek out a bit more, there is optional deeper reading on specific topics like cholesterol, hormones, blood pressure, lifestyle and more.

Ahmy, a therapist and a human :)
Today I'd like to introduce the first person I'm bringing into our community as part of our growing focus on mindset and emotional wellbeing. Meet Ahmy. What first drew me to her community was the name: Enjoy Being Human. I instantly loved it. So many of us are trying to improve ourselves, heal, fix problems, eat better, think better, and do better. Somewhere along the way, we can forget that we're human first. Ahmy is a therapist with over 25 years of experience helping people navigate stress, emotions, relationships, overthinking, and everyday life. One of the things she says is: "Humans snap, avoid, overthink, people-please, shut down and get overwhelmed sometimes. Humans do that." I love that. I love how real she is. Warm, relatable, down-to-earth, and refreshingly honest. She has a way of helping people understand themselves without judgement and without making life feel like a self-improvement project that never ends. She combines therapeutic tools with spirituality, creating an approach that helps people become more aware, more resilient, and ultimately enjoy being human a little more. The reason I wanted to connect with Ahmy is because we share many similar values. I value joy, curiosity, growth, personal responsibility, and making life a little less serious while still living with purpose. As many of you know, my expertise is food, nutrition, inflammation, and supporting the body. Ahmy's expertise is helping people understand their minds, emotions, patterns, and relationships. Together, we hope to bring a more complete approach to wellbeing by supporting both the body and the mind. You'll see me tagging Ahmy from time to time when questions come up around mindset, emotional wellbeing, stress, relationships, or navigating life's challenges. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I know many of you will appreciate her perspective. I've included a link to her community below if you'd like to explore it. ENJOY BEING HUMAN
