General Arm Drag steps
Step 1 - Hand below Shoulder (fixed in place , preferably perpendicular to floor)
Step 2 - stick shoulder to shoulder
Step 3- Hip to Hip .
Takedowns from ArmDrag , back body lock and throw bye .
