I built a CRM with 582 prospects.
And you know what I realized?
My biggest problem was never finding enough people to contact.
I had names.
I had companies.
I had emails.
I had phone numbers.
What I didn’t have was a clear enough follow-up destination for every conversation.
Because 582 names sitting in a CRM is not a sales strategy.
Who needs a call?
Who needs an email?
Who needs a DM?
Who told me “not right now”?
Who needs to hear from me again in 30 days?
Who is actually ready to buy?
That changed the way I look at lead generation.
I don’t necessarily need MORE leads.
I need to properly steward the ones God has already placed in front of me.
That means a system.
That means consistency.
And yes that means following up when the first answer wasn’t a yes.
If your contact list is growing but your revenue isn’t, your problem may not be lead generation.
It may be what happens after the lead comes in.
