STOP Trying to Fix Yourself (Do THIS Instead)
I spent over a decade and well over $20,000 trying to fix myself. I tried new routines, habits, personal trainers, expensive trips, and much more. None of it stuck. In this video, I share the biggest lesson I learned so that you, too, can "fix yourself."

Reacting vs Responding to Stress (Energy Leadership: Day 1)
Most men don't struggle because they lack discipline. They struggle because they're operating from an energy level they're not even aware of. Today's training introduces iPEC's Energy Leadership Framework, a tangible way to see how you think, feel, and ultimately act under pressure Here's the key idea: Your thoughts create your emotions. Your emotions drive your actions. Your actions produce your results. When you understand the energy you're operating from, you stop reacting on autopilot and start responding intentionally. The Two Types of Energy - Catabolic: A destructive force that tears down your satisfaction and holds you back from the results you desire - Anabolic: A building-up force that leads to improved satisfaction and launches you towards your goals Each level has advantages and disadvantages, so the goal isn't to NEVER experience the lower levels. It's important to understand whether you're experiencing a certain level by default because it's what you're used to or by choice because it serves you. 📸 Take a look at the Energetic Self-Perception Chart below. Save it to your phone or print it out—it's a practical tool you can use whenever life throws you a challenge. Reflection Question: Think about a stressful situation you've experienced recently. Which energy level do you think you were operating from?
