Hi all! My name is Hunterland and I’m from Nashville, TN. I want to get into storage investing to create multiple forms of income, and my goal is to own my first facility by the end of 2026.
Freedom to me is quitting my 9-5 and with the help of storage investing alongside my print shop business I have in the side, I’m hoping to do that in the next year or so.
So nice to meet you all! I’m looking forward to this journey. I’m pretty new to real estate investing in general, so if my questions seem elementary, my apologies in advance haha.
