I can’t include EVERYONE in EVERYTHING. Employees don’t need to be involved in certain businesses and ownership decisions, it’s not there company, there is times there opinions and input are needed. The world does not need to know your next move BEFORE it happens ,once it’s set into motion and things are happening. I’m a leader it’s time to start acting and accepting that role and position I have been given!
