Built a dashboard today

Spent this afternoon building something I wish I'd had years ago.

As a commercial pressure washing company, our numbers lived in five different places: QuickBooks for the books, Housecall Pro for jobs, Google for leads, and the rest in my head.

Now it's all on one dashboard:

✅ Revenue, expenses, and profit, live from QuickBooks

✅ Who owes us and how late they are

✅ Jobs completed this year vs. last year

✅ Where our leads are coming from

✅ A pipeline the whole team can see and update
