WELCOME TO THE PLAY LAB
Maybe you’re here due to an alien abduction. Maybe you followed the yellow brick road of your curiosity. Either way, something in you knows this moment calls for a different kind of intelligence.
We’re living in the age of AI. Faster systems. Smarter machines. Endless optimization. And yet, the skills that actually move people and organizations forward can’t be automated, creativity, human connection, adaptability, and leadership in real time.
This is a human training ground.
A place to strengthen Play Intelligence, the uniquely human capacity to create, connect, respond, and lead with presence in a rapidly changing world.
Here, play isn’t an escape from serious work. It’s the intelligence that keeps work human, joyful and decompressed. It’s how we stay regulated, imaginative, collaborative, and alive while everything else accelerates.
When we play, we access what no machine can replicate: intuition, empathy, laughter, imagination, nuance, and trust. These aren’t soft skills. They’re essential capabilities.
This space exists to practice them, together.

You don’t need to "perform" here or tell jokes - although you can in our monthly Joke Lab! You don’t need to have it figured out. You just need curiosity, willingness, and a little courage to play differently than you’re used to.
