Question: With 기쁘다 & 기뻐하다, is the difference being that 기쁘다 is used for 1st & 2nd person (eg. I am happy, You are happy) & 기뻐하다 is for 3rd person (eg. He is happy)?
I was looking up the differences and came across an explanation saying that adjective stem + 아/어 하다 turns the adjective into a verb that describes a 3rd person POV.
