Across every session, we came back to the four pillars:
Energy over endurance
Regulation over urgency
Integration over compartmentalization
Community over competition
This forum was not about fluffy joy or smiling harder.
It was about building leadership that refuses to reward burnout and instead creates room for capacity, clarity, dignity, truth, connection, and sustainable power.
Joy is not the reward. Joy is the infrastructure.
