Tuesday, December 30 — God’s Goodness Calms Fear

Perfect love removes the need for control!

1 John 4:18

“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear.”

Journal Prompt

What fear have you been carrying quietly? Nothing to loud just the normal....I fear that people do not really want the grow and let go and go into the fullness of Gods Will for the earth that requires great sacrifice but promises great reward. I have some fear of not PUSHING more for reconciliation with my kids mom and with my Ex. Just really trying to let go and trust.

How might God’s goodness meet that fear instead of you managing it? Me simply thinking about it less will give Him more room to move I AM sure so I AM practicing that!

Practical Application

When fear arises, return to breath and say,

“I am safe in God’s goodness.”

Wednesday, December 31 — God’s Goodness Redeems the Past

Nothing is wasted!

Journal Prompt

Where do you feel loss or regret? 15 + yeas of ministry and my 13 year marriage and my family unit and CRAZY amounts of money I gave away to people that were not grateful but I GAVE freely soooo its all good right? lol

What would it mean to trust God’s goodness with your story? Fully let go into HIS WILL this year and keep my hands off everything but His Heart! And that is what I AM going to do!

Practical Application

Release the year without judgment.

Trust God with what was and what is coming.
