Family is: - Who you live with - Who you work with - Who you train with - Who you spend your time and energy around - And yes… the fur babies who never let you skip a walk or coming home šŸ˜„ - We’re at the very beginning of building something special here—not just a group, but a community that actually supports each other. This week, we’re adding breathwork to the grind. Nothing complicated. Nothing mystical. Just a simple tool to: - Regulate stress - Improve focus - Recover faster - Get out of your head and back into your body You don’t need a long session. 5-15 minutes counts. Last week we talked about decision fatigue. This week, let’s look at the other side of that coin: indecision. We tell ourselves we’re ā€œwaiting for the right timeā€ šŸ¤” Or that we’re ā€œkeeping options open.ā€ But most of the time, we’re just delaying the inevitable. Indecision is a decision. • A decision to let the clock run out ā° • A decision to let pressure choose for you • A decision that usually ends in unnecessary stress 😬 When decisions get pushed to the last second, we don’t execute—we react. That’s where mistakes happen. The antidote isn’t working harder šŸ’„ It’s having a plan šŸ› ļø When decisions are made ahead of time, the noise gets quieter. Food is one of the most frequent decisions we make every day — and most people never slow down enough to notice how they’re deciding. So let’s break it down (no judgment, no perfection required): How do you decide what to eat? - Do you plan ahead? - Eat when you’re hungry? - Or eat when you’re hangry and just need something fast? What framework are you using right now? - Keto - Carnivore - Vegetarian - ā€œNo sugar / no junkā€ - Or… no real plan at all (been there) What are you optimizing for most days? - Taste - Fuel / energy - Recovery & rebuilding your body - Convenience And here’s the big one: Has your approach to food changed over time?
