hi there! I'm Shivani, I'm a conflict facilitator and change strategist based in NYC, mostly online on IG/LI and my newsletter, Intimate Practice. My why is that I'm convinced if we practiced better relational skills with each other, we could bring forth a more equitable world -- or, if conflict is our diagnosis, change is our prognosis. My brand pillar words are intimate, intellectual, integrated.
Here's a video I did about conflict as a tool for connection that got some traction. And here's a more personal written piece I did that I was proud of publishing -- as a writer, I'm trying to find the balance across sharing to my site vs. sharing more publicly, as well as written vs. audio vs. video pieces.
