What This Community Is — and Isn’t

I want to take a moment to clearly name the energy and intention of this space, so everyone knows what we’re building together 🤍

This community IS:

A safe, non-judgmental space where people can show up as they are
A place to make genuine friendships and connect with like-minded people
A space to share what lights you up—ideas, interests, curiosities, experiences
A community where everyone is welcome to shine, bringing their talents, skills, wisdom, and personality
A place to be seen, heard, and valued, not just consumed or scrolled past
A space for growth, awakening, and expansion—at your own pace
A community rooted in mutual respect for different backgrounds, personalities, beliefs, and perspectives
A place where we learn from each other, not talk over each other
A space where connection matters more than performance
A community where I am an equal member and participant, not above or separate from anyone else

This community is NOT:

❌ “The Dr. Christine Show”
❌ A place where I dump “value posts” just for the sake of posting
❌ A space for hate speech, judgment, shaming, or dismissiveness of any kind
❌ A place for ego, hierarchy, or competition-based thinking
❌ A space to try to outshine, dominate, or prove yourself over others
❌ A room for unsolicited fixing, correcting, or one-upping

A few more things that matter here:

We assume good intentions, even when we disagree
We speak from our own experience, not from superiority
We honor different comfort levels—participation looks different for everyone
We choose curiosity over criticism
We protect the emotional safety of this space together

This community only works if we co-create it. Not perfectly. Not performatively. But honestly, authentically, respectfully, and human-to-human.
