Welcome to The AI Operators
Hey, and welcome in.
If you're reading this, you've made a decision most small business owners haven't made yet — you're going to learn AI instead of waiting for it to figure itself out. That alone puts you ahead of most of the operators you compete with.
Here's what this community is, in one line:
We build our own AI employees, together.
Not theory. Not hype. Not a 12-week course you'll never finish. Step-by-step setup, working agents, and a room full of operators who actually ship.
Do these three things this week:
1. Introduce yourself.
Head to the Introductions thread and tell us:
What you do / what kind of business you run
What you'd want an AI employee to handle for you first
Where you are on the AI learning curve (just starting, tinkering, advanced)
One paragraph is plenty. Don't overthink it.
2. Complete the Day 1 setup walk-through.
It's pinned in the Classroom. By the end you'll have your own agent installed and ready to learn its first skill. Plan on about 45 minutes.
3. Ask one question.
Anything. Stuck on a setup step, curious about a use case, want a second opinion on a tool. The fastest way to feel at home here is to start a thread.
