Sometimes you truly don’t realize the impact you’re making until someone reflects it back to you.
There are moments where you think you’re just showing up… just listening… just being present… and then someone shares how your words, your spirit, or even your silence shifted the room for them. And honestly? It can blow your mind.
This comment humbled me deeply:
“You also stood out Maurice in the workshops we both attended. You did not speak much, yet when you did THE WHOLE ROOM LISTENED & WAS BLESSED!”
That reminded me of something powerful: impact is not always about volume. Sometimes it’s about timing, authenticity, presence, and intention.
We live in a world that often teaches us to constantly talk, constantly prove, constantly perform. But there’s another level of influence that comes from being grounded, observant, and speaking with purpose when the moment calls for it.
Feedback like this reminds me why I keep showing up. Not for applause. Not for attention. But because you never know who is being encouraged, challenged, healed, or inspired by your willingness to simply be yourself.
And yes… Danielle Drew truly is a rare jewel. The way she pours into people and helps them polish what’s already inside of them is something special to witness.
To anyone reading this:Do not underestimate your presence. Do not minimize your voice. And do not assume your impact is small just because you can’t always see it immediately.
Sometimes the seeds you plant are growing in rooms you forgot you even walked through.
