This isn't about rigid formulas - it's about deep listening, pattern recognition, and helping you find words for what felt difficult or even impossible to express.
This applies equally to non-fiction and fiction narratives, because when it's stripped back, it's all about connecting with our shared human experiences. And since the earliest of days, this has been done through storytelling, using the written and spoken word and art.
Diving a little deeper:
āØ Which of these five elements resonates most with where you are right now in your writing journey?
āØ What pattern in your story is waiting to be witnessed? (Could be a theme, a challenge you keep returning to, or wisdom you've gained)
