This group is for Christian creatives—musicians, artists, writers, etc.
Creating art isn't just a trivial waste of time; God gave Adam the mandate to go and cultivate the earth and tend the garden. When you cultivate a garden, you make it more beautiful. We don't have "the garden" around us, but we do have things like paint, music, and so forth. It's not just important; it's purposeful. In other words: make it fruitful and beautiful.
When you make something unto the Lord, you are participating in the calling to cultivate the world around us.
In this group:
- We strive to honor the Lord with our craft.
- We have weekly challenges to help you stay on target with your goals.
- Musicians will share the songs they are learning.
- Artists will share the things they are making.
- Writers will share how many words they wrote.
- (Insert all other forms of art and creativity here.)
