Hey ladies. Obviously this app takes a little getting used to but if you want to learn, it’s all under ‘Classroom’
You will find different categories such as ’Cycles & Rhythm’ then within this there’s multiple things to look at
I will from now on post within this general chat when I’ve added something new!
I did add some new screen savers for your phone under ‘Practices’ yesterday! The quote I used is on my phone screen saver and it’s helped me so much!!
