What you’ll receive:
1. My Five one Minute practices daily, every Monday through Friday. Five Practices in Five minutes. I have found five minutes of practice daily to be the sweet spot for raising your vibration and locking that higher energy in.
2. One 60-90 minute Workshop monthly on variety of topics to help you stay motivated. Topics might include, People pleasing, being a perfectionist, dealing with family, etc…
3. One 20 minute mantra session monthly to anchor in the positivity.
4. One Monthly Mudita session where we practice our Mudita Vibration. That will be similar to the Mudita work we did today.
5. A community of like minded people, Having this community has been key to me maintaining my positivity and raising my vibration.
