Happy New Year
Christmas came and went so fast this year. I made mince meat from my recipe book, it was a success with Jimmy! Now we look forward to 2026 and renew our efforts to keep in touch and keep our Welsh traditions alive. Happy new year everyone! Let me know where you are from and where you live now. We are scattered all over the world.
