Is it already Q3?!
Okayyy, this came way faster than expected, but it's here.
I've recently started doing quarterly planning, and it's helped me get super clear on where I want to focus my time and energy in the business.
the process goes like this:
• Set a goal- this could be revenue, structure (begin with the end in mind)
• Identify the biggest leak in your business that's costing you money
• Create a plan to fix it
I'm thinking about hosting a bonus working session this week where we actually sit down and do this together.
My goal would be for you to leave with:
✅ A clear revenue target
✅ One key area of focus for the next 90 days
✅ One Sale/ Special
✅ A plan to execute
