Saw this quote in a video just now.

Let’s talk self talk.
Most of us talk to ourselves in a way we’d never let someone else to talk to us.
One of my favorite quotes by Jim Kwik
“ your brain is a super computer and your self talk is the program that it runs”
Manage yourself talk, work to control that and make it better, but also work to actually improve your actions because sometimes your actions need to change and your belief and self talk will catch up.
