Your unmasked self doesn’t have to be a literal photo. You can choose a fiction character, a storybook heroine, an actress, or a woman you admire. For example: Wonder Woman, Cleopatra, Maleficent, Frida Kahlo, Beyoncé—whoever reflects your inner Queen rising.
