how to get everyone to buy your offer (without being salesy)
This one might answer all your sales conversion questions (and why nobody is buying your high-ticket offer)… even though you’ve “done everything right”.
You tried the VSL funnel.
You tried conducting webinars.
You tried running ads.
You tried email marketing.
People often praise you and thank you for the value you deliver…
But you’re still left wondering:
“Why is nobody buying? What am I missing?”
Totally clueless.
What if I told you the problem is NOT in your strategy?
One of our 7-Figure Launchpad clients reached out to me after getting extremely low conversion rates for their high-ticket offer.
He was running a webinar and getting just around 2% conversion.
We quickly got on a sales audit call and rebuilt the whole webinar script together for 3 hours using the exact fundamental I’m going to share with you today.
In his very next launch, he got over 25% of people to buy his offer.
A dramatic 1150% increase in conversion rate.
And now I’m going to show you how you can apply the same fundamental in your sales funnel as well.
If you’re facing low sales conversion with your funnel, chances are you’ve been told:
“It’s a strategy problem.”
“It’s your funnel.”
“You just need a better pitch or scarcity.”
And usually, I’ve seen people aim to “fix it” by targeting a maximum of ~10–20% conversion and consider that decent enough.
But here’s what we fail to understand.
Almost every single person who:
shows up on your webinar
clicks on your ad
signs up for your lead magnet
…almost 100% of them want to solve a real problem in their business or life.
That’s why they’re even engaging with you in the first place.
So if almost everyone has a problem and wants a solution…
Why do we still see such low sales conversion rates
and even consider just 10–20% as “good”?
Have you ever thought:
“Why can’t we simply convert all the right people who are already interested?”
The reason is simpler (and scarier) than you think.
The biggest reason low conversion rates like 10% are considered “good” is because, as vendors, we underestimate how hard it is for customers to decide and buy from us.
There are two types of purchases:
  • Reversible purchases
  • Irreversible purchases
Reversible purchases are like riding a small scooter.
Even if you take the wrong road by mistake, you can easily turn it around and correct it because the scooter is light and agile.
Buying commodities like coffee, food, or a t-shirt are reversible purchases.
The stakes are low.
You don’t spend hours deciding.
If it goes wrong, it barely impacts your life.
Even if you buy a coffee that tastes bad or the wrong sized t-shirt, you can simply get the right one next time.
No big deal.
Irreversible purchases are like driving a gigantic heavy-duty truck.
These vehicles are powerful, but if you take the wrong road by mistake, it’s very difficult to correct it.
Examples of irreversible purchases:
Buying a house
Taking life insurance
And of course… buying a high-ticket course or program
I repeat:
The high-ticket offer you are trying to sell is an irreversible purchase decision for your buyer, with high stakes and high impact on their life.
If, by any chance, they later feel they made the wrong decision, it often ends with:
regret
self-blame
and them trying to get a refund from you.
The biggest fear your buyers have while deciding to purchase from you is not:
“Is this person good?” or
“Is this offer valuable?”
It’s the fear of making a mistake.
Fear of making a wrong decision that makes them feel bad about themselves later.
Fear of losing their status and looking stupid in front of friends or family.
So they simply stay away.
"Turns out, customers are more worried about messing up, than missing out."
Most business owners think the remaining 90% of people are deciding not to buy from them.
Which is not true.
The truth is:
They chose to not decide anything at all.
Indecision is the biggest killer of sales.
Why?
Because the safest decision always feels like… no decision at all.
People are overwhelmed with information and have no real guidance on how to make a good decision.
So the only “safe” option is:
“I’ll think about it later.”
(which usually means never)
The more you pitch, stack bonuses, and push, the more confused and scared they feel — and the deeper they go into indecision.
Buying coaching, consulting, or an online service offer falls into the category of irreversible decisions for your customer.
Especially when you’re selling high ticket.
As vendors, we often underestimate how hard it is for people to decide.
So in our marketing or sales campaigns, we obsess over:
the “best” strategy
the “perfect” webinar funnel
the “most unique” offer
…but we ignore the real question:
“How can I help them decide with confidence?”
Because…
"People love to buy, but hate being sold to."
They already want to buy.
So instead of trying to sell, why not simply help them buy?
It sounds too simple, but this is the most underrated principle that businesses completely overlook.
Your job is to educate and help them make a well-informed purchase decision.
Instead of pushing the sale, focus on removing roadblocks that keep them stuck in indecision.
When you do that well:
the sale happens almost automatically
because they have no reason left to stay stuck
This one fundamental — if you deeply understand and apply it — can literally make you millions.
Before creating your next funnel or sales content, ask yourself:
1) How can I teach them how to select the best solution for their current problem?
(Even if that means they realise your offer isn’t right for them right now.)
2) Why is my product the smartest purchase for my buyers?
(Not just the best. The smartest decision they can explain to themselves and others.)
3) How can I make this purchase as safe and reversible for them as possible?
(Guarantees, trials, clear expectations, support, proof, etc.)
Use these three questions in your:
next VSL
YouTube video
webinar content
or any high-ticket sales process
…and watch your conversion rates change drastically.
