Welcome to THE TRIBE.
This isn’t a content page and it’s not a “course.” This is our online gym — a place you check into, put work in, and build with people who move the same way.
I’m Marwan — Tribe Leader, fighter, coach, and your brother in this. I’m here to guide the room, keep the standard high, and protect the culture. We can joke and have fun, but we don’t let the energy get weak.
In here we post training, rounds, drills, padwork, sparring clips, conditioning, and whatever you’re working on. If you show up, you’ll get feedback. If you’re serious, we’ll push you. If you’re slipping, we’ll pull you back in line. That’s what a real gym does.
Our culture is different:

- Put in reps (don’t just watch)
