The above are in keeping with the language I use on my website, etc.

Welcome to Awakening: The Podcast, the show that helps you be your Higher Self, aka your Goddess Self, during this wild & crazy time on Earth. I'm Dr. Heather Kristian Strang (but you can call me Kristian), a metaphysical psychologist & bestselling author.
