Something is better than nothing
Over the weekend I came down sick with something that has been going around which took me out for a couple days.
Being sick interrupted my gym routine and I wasn’t able to get in on Monday. Then on Tuesday when I got back things were WAY harder even with decreasing the intensity.
However, even though it wasn’t what I had hoped for, I still did as much as I could. I did something.
Being sick is frustrating when it messes up routines and when simple activity or a gym workout is harder than it should be. BUT, doing what you can, doing something is often better than nothing.
Instances like this are also always lessons in patience and grace for myself to have the flexibility while doing what I can.
Anyway, anyone else ever experience something similar?
