Practical Advice -
When promoting a telemedicine practice, have patients film a short video testimonial after their visit in exchange for something small—like a discount on their next visit, a wellness goodie bag, or branded merch (think a “Stay Well” mug or comfy telehealth T-shirt). Once they submit the video, feature them in a “Patient of the Week” spotlight on your social media.
This does two things:
- It makes the patient the hero (they took charge of their health).
- It encourages them to reshare the post with friends and family, expanding your reach and credibility organically.
Their story becomes social proof—others see how easy, affordable, and personal your telemedicine service is, and they’ll consider using it themselves.
