Our breath is our connection to the Universe around us. In each moment we are taking in the world around us, moving it through our body, and then exhaling it back. This creates the "color" of our broadcast to the world. Whatever is inside of us...thoughts, emotions, beliefs, intentions, etc. creates the energy we give to the world.
