This community works best when men participate with intention.
A few suggestions:
Pay attention to the discussions.
Many of the problems men face follow the same patterns. When you see those patterns, it becomes easier to correct them.
Ask questions when something isn’t clear.
If you’re dealing with a situation at home, in your discipline, or in your direction, chances are someone else has experienced something similar.
Share insights when you’ve learned something.
Some of the most useful conversations happen when men compare experiences and see what worked and what didn’t.
Most importantly:
Observe your own life while you’re here.
The goal isn’t to consume information.
The goal is to start noticing the patterns that are shaping your life.
Once you see them clearly, you can start changing them.
