Here's the Truth, since the book: The Secret by Rhonda Bryne everybody knows about:
- Affirmation (&)
- Visualisation.
And unfortunately, 95% of people whom are doing Affirmation and they are doing it wrong......
Let me tell you why?
- Most people are just Read the their Affirmation and repeat it; without the emotion attach to it. (Big Mistake).
- Most people copy Affirmation from other people. (Big Mistake).
- Most people speak empty words and hope for the best. And repeat the Affirmation 5 times or 10 times, thinking the more they repeat the better the technique will work. (Big Mistake).
- Most people speak their Affirmation once a day or one a week or maybe a month. (Big Mistake).
Here the correct way to practise: Affirmation.
- Read your Affirmation within 5-10mintues when you wake up in the morning.
- Read your Affirmation slowly, do not rush it.
- Feel the emotions and the feelings of those emotions inside your Affirmation.
- For each Affirmation you read out aloud or in silence try to feel the feelings for at least 3-5mins.
- Your Affirmation should be in the Present tense or as though what you want has already arrived.
- Start your Affirmation with these words:
(a) I am _ _ _ _ _
(b) I have _ _ _ _ _
(c) My life _ _ _ _ _
Anyway that's the basic gist of it all, and plus there is also something that you must practise first before you practise: Affirmation.
You don't know this do you? If you Do Not practise the formula that I have wrote in my master-mini-course. It will be very hard for you to manifest what you want.
