So, I’m feeling a little sluggish and yuk for the past couple of days. I absolutely did not want to come back to Adelaide, a lot’s happening but I have kept up my fasting, breathwork, workouts. Day 10 I missed my workout and PYC.
My sister is about to pop and my heart hurts for being so far away. My Nan also (83) had a fall and make me really not want to be away. I’m back in my sauna and ice bath which feels good. Fasting is easy, still no coffee or alcohol. I slipped one day on the sugar. I’m not giving up. My son goes to his other parents on Saturday so I’m going to do a 24 fast. Snap back, stay in track ❤️
