Gratitude all round š
Popping in to say thank you for your course on 4th January and having those who attended commit to going all in on ourselves for 90 days. I have achieved so much and I'm feeling very proud of myself š„š„š„š„°š„°š„°
My massage and healing studio is looking amazing, I've just added on an Alfresco area for outdoor treatments. I'm getting a decent amount of bookings. Plan to ramp up promo when I get my head around m

I've found my go to places for deep core healing that have seen sooo many aha moments come up for me. Slowly unwinding and unraveling to return to my true self.
My daughter has written me a lovely letter of gratitude tonight. This is after so much hatred, that has intensified recently. She is noticing my effort plus the content I'm focusing on and I believe she finally sees that it will be good for both of us.
Cheers to lighter, brighter and... Yeah I'm not there yet with the tighter #futuregoal haha
