Really digging, the breathwork flows on my way to work. Struggling with the coffee, though i have cut back to just my AM cuppa.
Introduced some MCT to give me some clean energy! Still moving daily. Walking. Still waiting first my Gym to open, it was pushed back. Journalling daily. God I missed doing that. Feelin good so far 😌 Food wide, I eat healthy, no take out, just good sources of protein and clean energy. Dropped 2KG!! Drinking water
Sitting with some big thoughts, underlying beliefs. These are deeply embedded, and im giving those the airtime they deserve, excavating that landscape ready for new growth.
This challenge came at the right time.
